As others have stated, I installed the app on the target phone and it worked great the first day. Today i checked and it was still on and the app was still actively working (i made sure myself), but on the website it shows that it hadnt updated since last night. I had also installed it on my personal phone, and it also didnt update from last night.
What could be the issue with this? Could it be the actual dashboard on the site itself?

I paid for the install, they asked for the target phone number, I provided it. But they installed it to track my phone anyway. Now I cannot get response from anybody. The contact us part of the site returns error for two days now.
